Purchase terms
- All sales are final. Ranks, keys and everything else in the store are digital items that are delivered straight away, so purchases are non-refundable.
- Chargebacks mean a ban. Opening a chargeback or a PayPal dispute gets your account banned from the server and the store.
- Check your username. Your purchase goes to the name you log in with, and we can't move it to another account. Bedrock players: choose Bedrock when you log in so your name gets its dot.
- Delivery. Items usually arrive within a few minutes. If you're offline, they're waiting the next time you join.
- Subscriptions. Unseen+ and Unseen++ renew every month until you cancel. Cancel any time in the Tebex payment history portal; you keep your perks until the month you paid for ends.
- The rules still apply. Buying something doesn't put you above the rules. Bans and mutes aren't refunded, and perks and crate rewards can change as the server grows.
- Under 18? Ask a parent or guardian before you buy.
- Secure payments. Payments are handled by Tebex, our official store partner, and their checkout terms apply. We never see your card details.
Problem with an order? Open a ticket in our Discord with your transaction ID (it starts with tbx-).
